PETS: Please be aware that pets are allowed in the cabins and yurts with a pet fee. If we are not made aware of the pet at time of booking, the pet fee will be the refundable security deposit. Sorry, no pets allowed in Reel Dreams, Rushing Creek, Lakeside Oasis. Heaven Sent we only allow 1 dog, no exceptions please.
SMOKING: All accommodations are Non Smoking.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: The damage deposit is refundable and will be returned within 7 business days of departure unless above normal wear and tear exists or if a pet has not been disclosed before arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the cabins or yurts and will result in the loss of the security deposit.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4 PM Check-out time is 10 AM.
TAX: 9.75% subject to change
DEPOSITS: A deposit of 50% of your total stay will be collected at the time of booking or if you are arriving within 30 days, we will collect 100%. 30 days prior to the arrival date, the remaining balance will be collected using the credit card on file. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of the total stay.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Some of the cabins will require an electronically signed rental agreement. If required, this will be emailed to you shortly after making the reservation.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION: Within 2 days of your arrival date, you will receive an email with the specific address of the cabin or yurt reserved. At that time you will also receive the lock box code to give you key access. You can contact

WHAT TO EXPECT: The cabin or yurt will have towels, linens and the beds will already be made up with linens and blankets. All kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped.
Please be aware that you will most likely not have cell service in the immediate area and at the accommodation.
